Approximately 2 years ago we chose to move to Stettler. Our search for a new home began when we were introduced to James Dadensky through Sheryl's mother. She on more than one occasion had used James' expertise as a realtor, and highly recommended him. James listened attentively to Sheryl and I as we expressed to him what we were looking for in a home. Before showing us several houses, he took the time to educate himself on each property in order to answer any questions which might arise. He quickly perceived our likes and dislikes while viewing a home and did not try to sell us something we weren't interested in. After we chose a home, James professionally and patiently walked through the process with us in writing the offer, and was readily available to answer all our questions during the steps to possession.
